DislikedOur room had issues. Ac didn’t work guy came vent full of dirt. Then key fob didn’t work for hour had to fix battery on door. And tv hardly worked and lights above refrigerator were blown out bed not real comfortable

LikedThe place looks beautiful. I was in the Alexandria tower and the rooms was beautiful. The whole shower window and mirrors everywhere was a plus! The restaurants was a little overpriced but it's vegas so it's too be expected.
DislikedThe pools close to early. Check in line was mad long during our check out time. Especially since vip get first call.

Dislikedafter checking out i have yet to get help with refund for my deposit We extended our stay a extra night so we were charged a whole additional deposit amount I have been trying to get assistance from this company and no help
