My new favorite thing!
I finally took the plunge after years of longing and bought the Stanmore III...why did I wait so long! Filled me with joy from the first note. The clarity of sound is amazing. So easy to set up and use. This is my new favorite thing. I've spent days going through all my long lost songs. And it looks super cool in my living room.

Awesome Speaker
After reading many reviews online and on YouTube, we bought our Stanmore III. Sound is amazing. Was shocked at how good it was. It never gets turned off. Then you ran a sale so we bought a Stanmore II for basement and one for our son in law’s Christmas. Then I bought a Acton II for workshop. We liked it enough to buy three more. Enjoy!

I have been a professional musician working all over the world. I’ve conducted at St Paul’s Cathedral, Sydney Opera House and fortunate to have worked with fantastic musicians and also had a great hifi setup before I moved house. I wanted an audiophile bluetooth speaker and after reading many reviews, was drawn to the Marshall Stanmore III. Sceptical about its rock pedigree and dreadful advert, I wondered if classical, choral or jazz would work. Dubious about the cost of the Woburn, I took the plunge with this one and now I cannot switch it off! Have no doubt this little gem is stupendously outstanding. The soundstage is immaculate and offers up consummate detail. From Daniel Cook at the organ of Westminster Abbey to Coldplay, it is superb. Lang Lang’s Paganini Rhapsody offers up bass drum that I didn’t know existed before and the make of piano is now audibly a Steinway D. Next a London Cathedral choir SATB with orchestra yields an infinitesimal void of cataclysmic echo…… then on to Beegie Adair jazz piano with jazz combo……. beautiful and sculpted sound, so ok let’s try something really unfair…… Ella Fitzgerald live at Cote D’Azur Juan Les Pins Jazz Festival in 1966 Jazz Samba, can’t be any good right? That is 1966? Wrong. The Stanmore III puts you right in the front row almost denoising the raw sound exposing latin percussion I hadn’t even heard before on my top system. Totally nuts. I could practically name the make of ride cymbal. Ella right next to me, what a privilege. The musicians are right with me in the room and the sound is clear, silvery, classy, sophisticated, backed up by an easy-to-operate app and the kind of expensive-sounding 3D sound that is just not possible to mimic with cheaper-sounding speakers. I would add that you do need to tweak the equalisation to suit the music that you like. It resolves digital signal superbly well and manages to disentangle frequencies into a sound spectrum. The Stanmore III responds superbly well and adapts to whatever is thrown at it. In summary, this is an audiophile speaker! It will deliver rock yes, but so much more besides. This is worth every single penny. Marshall, take a bow!

Outstanding Speaker! Classic look and Amazing Sound!
I have always been a fan of Marshall headphones, and I have a portable speaker too. This speaker is an absolute gem! I bought the brown one for my work office. I am able to connect via bluetooth directly from my computer. Super easy to set up and the sound is amazing. I enjoy all genres, but I usually check the tones and bass with Led Zepplin or some Allman Brothers. It did not disappoint. It looks classy and sounds AMAZING!!

Stanmore III sounds great and looks lovely. I only have warm fluffy feelings about the speaker.
I love that there is no always-listening "assistants" inside, and that the speaker does not connect to the internet. It just plays music, and does that well. (Firmware updates are available via the phone app, and that is just fine.) I love the simple setup.
Also liked the quick shipping.

My first Marshall
I recently bought a Stanmore 3 model. Beautiful, very in harmony with the interior, there are no words for the sound. First of all, when I turned it on, the smart app prompted me to update the firmware, after which it asked me to answer a few questions about the location of the speakers, I skipped this step, but it was a mistake. Trust the app to tune your speaker for the best sound. I am very happy with this purchase, it is worth the money I spent on it.

Perfect for bedroom
I have it connected to my cd player and TV in my bedroom and it's just perfect. Not obtrusive to other rooms while I'm getting full rich amazing sound. Definitely a keeper.
Streaming audio , use Amazon Music or Tidal for lossless quality. I used YouTube Premium at first and experienced major loss. A lot.

It is elegant, powerful and simple. The sound adjustments added by the app equalizer do make a difference, you can get the sound just the way you like it. I had first bought the Action II, but really wanted the bigger one, no problem having both of them!
