Spin to Win! Spin the wheel and unlock special prizes!

Spin to win “period”:
- From November 1st to November 23, a new period starts every day at 10:00 am and ends at 9:59 am the following day, ET.
- The last Spin to Win period is from 10:00 am to 11:59 pm November 24, 2023 ET.
Regular customers can spin the wheel 3 times per period and Privileged Members 5 times per period.
Prizes to win: There are two kinds of prizes, products and coupons.
Giveaway products will be added to your cart. You can see them if you put at least one product in your cart. To claim your prize, you should place your order before 11:59 pm ET the day after your win. Except for the last day, as the spin period is from 10:00 am to 11:59 pm on November 24, 2023 ET, you should place your order before 11:59 pm on November 24 ET.
You can view coupons that you won in your cart or on the My Prizes page. Look at the My Coupons section of this page to check the validity period of the coupon.

The Black Friday event is from 00:00 am to 11:59 pm on November 24, 2023, ET. The event consists of 5 parts: Coupons, Spin to Win, Incredible deals, 24H Hot Deals and Shop by category.
Black Friday Spin To Win:
Spin chances: November 24, 2023, from 00:00 to 23:59 ET.
- This day is divided into 8 periods: 00:00-07:59, 08:00-09:59, 10:00-11:59, 12:00-13:59, 14:00-15:59, 16:00-19:59, 20:00-21:59, and 22:00-23:59 ET.
- All the registered customers can spin the wheel 3 times per period (excluding resellers and business accounts).
Prizes to win: There are two kinds of prizes, giveaway products and coupons.
- Giveaway products will be added to your cart. You can view them if you put at least one product in your cart. These products will be shipped with your orders. To claim your prize, you should place your order before 11:59 pm on November 24, 2023 ET.
- You can find the coupons that you won either in your cart or on the "My Benefits" page. They are valid until 11:59 pm on November 27, 2023 ET.

- Incredible deals are available in limited quantities. November 24 is divided into 8 periods: 00:00-07:59, 08:00-09:59, 10:00-11:59, 12:00-13:59, 14:00-15:59, 16:00-19:59, 20:00-21:59, and 22:00-23:59 ET. Deals are refreshed in each time period. Customers can enjoy limited time deals from previous periods until items are sold out.
On Black Friday, we offer exclusive super discounts o n selected items for a limited time and in limited quantities. Price matching is not permitted.
- In the "Shop by category" section, you will find a vast selection of products offered at special sale prices for Black Friday.
- All participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Shopper+ reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
PLUS Member Program
- The PLUS Member Program is only available to individual persons and is not available: (i) as a shared account (including family accounts); or (ii) to legal entities such as corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises, or schools, unless Shopper+, in its sole discretion, provides advance written approval; or (iii) to resellers and business accounts. PLUS Members' benefits are not transferrable.
- On Black Friday, we offer exclusive discounts to our PLUS Members on selected items for a limited time and in limited quantities. Price matching is not permitted.
- PLUS Membership applies only to the individual PLUS Member account holder. PLUS Membership is non-transferable. Members are responsible for protecting and keeping their PLUS Member Account information accurate, confidential and up-to-date.
- PLUS items may have limited quantity and time releases. First come, first served. Shopper+ reserves the right to adjust any order if the available quantity is depleted.
- In order to protect consumers' purchasing needs, ensure fair trading opportunities, and deter inappropriate activities, including the acquisition of goods for non-domestic purposes or hoarding for speculative price manipulation, herein defined as 'abnormal orders,' Shopper+ reserves the right to invalidate any order deemed in Shopper+’s sole discretion to be an abnormal order. How to claim your prize(s) in the cart

For gift prize(s)

You will need put at least one product in your cart, and your prize(s) will be shipped with your order. You can see your gift prize(s) under Special gift for you in the lower position. If you can’t see it, please refresh the cart page.

For coupon prize(s)

The coupon prize(s) will be automatically issued to your account, usually displayed in My Benefits. If the item(s) in the cart meets the conditions for applying the coupon, you can click View available coupon under Order Summary.
